Patrice is the founder of Beach and Cloud, a certified luxury K-Tip artist and custom colorist. With over a decade behind the chair, she has built her career around creating effortless, dimensional hair while keeping the health of your natural hair at the forefront. She believes luxury is in the details - from a personalized consultation to a seamless extension belend and a color that feels uniquely yours.

Before You Book

DEPOSIT

A $50 non-refundable prepayment is required to reserve your appointment. This prepayment is applied in full toward your scheduled service and secures the time exclusively for you.

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each guest, the prepayment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or a missed appointment, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating a beautiful experience for you at Beach and Cloud.

CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY

We truly value your time and ours. Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved for you, and we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled conveniently through your appointment portal.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the card on file.

Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows will result in a 70% charge of the scheduled service to the card on file.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your consideration in providing as much notice as possible. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another guest.

RESCHEDULING

Need to adjust your appointment? We’re happy to accommodate when possible.

Appointments may be rescheduled in your appointment portal within the same calendar month with your original $50 prepayment applied. Rescheduling into a new month requires a new $50 prepayment.

We kindly ask that all changes be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

GUESTS

To preserve the calm, private atmosphere of your appointment and allow us to give you our undivided attention, appointments are reserved for the scheduled guest only.

We kindly ask that you arrive without additional guests or children unless they are receiving a service during the same appointment.
